Ingredients
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. baking soda
1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
t 2 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1 cup milk
3/4 cup molasses
½ cup butter, melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place the Flexipat® Waffle Tray on a Perforated Baking Sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and foamy. Stir in the milk and molasses. Add liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well-combined. Add the melted butter and gently stir in.
Scoop about a ¼ cup of batter into each waffle well. Spread out in well so that the mold is just barely covered.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*Garnish waffles with a simple glaze (1 c. powdered sugar with 2 Tbsp. Milk) and powdered sugar. Serve with a side of maple syrup.
